Hello! I want remind you about a great opportunity that begins THIS SUNDAY @ Celebration Fellowship. This is a unique moment in the life of our church and you will not want to miss the fun.
Starting this Sunday, 6/6, we will begin a 6 week class called Membership Matters. The class will offer you a chance to learn what makes Celebration the church that it is today. One of the main components to connecting with a body of believers is to understand who they really are. Knowing what a church believes, how they operate and how they are structured is important if you are going to commit your time, effort and energy to them. This will be your chance to get to know the nuts and bolts of Celebration directly from its staff members.
The classes will be offered during both the 9:00 and 10:45 hours. There will also be a class on Wednesday nights, starting 6/9 @ 6:30pm for those who cannot attend Sunday Mornings. We are inviting everyone, including those who are not normally a part of an ABF to attend these classes.
Over the six weeks we will talk about the foundations of Celebration Topics will include:
Essentials Matter Part 1
Essentials Matter Part 2
Small Groups Matter
Spiritual Disciplines Matter
Giving Back Matters
Ministry Structure Matters
Each week a staff member will provide great insight into who we are as a church and why we operate the way we do. Understanding the foundation of Celebration helps all of us feel more connected to the ministry we do here.
Even if you are already a member of Celebration, I want to strongly encourage you to come. No matter how long you have been here, there will be something new to learn.
If you are not a member at Celebration, this is a great way to get to know more about who we are. Attending the class does not mean that you are committing to membership, although that will be offered to you at the end of the 6 weeks.
