Hey Y'all. One thing I didn't mention, was the Easter Egg Hunt/Children's building opening.
I know that Minnie will be working the inside of the Children's building and there are plenty of other opportunities for our life group to serve. Since there are not going to be as many "booths" this year I would ask that you either e-mail Beth Valdez or me to get an assinment. Since the needs are spread out we will not have as much of a chance to work together as a group but can fill in as needed. Personally I kind of like the idea of the Hunt Guards. This requires a Lawn/Camping chair and watch the eggs from 9:00 until the hunt is on. Hey! It's what I am good at. There are other options. Please see the e-mail below for ideas.
Please remember that we can use anyone we can get.

Hello Everyone,
Thanks for listening to Derrick last night and for asking me where we need the help. I have listed below areas we need help. Just let me know where you or others in your group can help out. This is going to be a great weekend. God has really blessed us with this children's building and we have the chance to bless our neighborhood through this event.
Areas to help....
Traffic Directors - we need at least 4 people
Hunt Site Guards - this would be from about 9:00am until the hunts at noon. We need 6 more people for this. Karen Chappell & Susan Norwood are going to do this, right?
Sound - Ben Ramsey is our sound guy but he needs a couple of people to help him with this because he has two young kids to be with. The sound will be set up. We need people to be our announcers for prizes and such.
Food - we need 2 more people in this area
Cotton Candy - Michelle Leverette has volunteered for this but she is going to need one helper
Popcorn - need 2 people
Toddler Combo Inflatable - need 4 people to replace the Sharps at noon, they have to leave
Adventure Course Inflatable - need one more person
Games - need at least 12 more people to have these covered
Water Park - need 4 people who are willing to get wet if nessacary
Greeters - we need 3 more people. This is inside with registration
Egg Stuffing Party - Wed. April 8th at 6:30pm, we will be meeting in the new building to stuff ALL the eggs for the hunts. I only have 4 people on the sign up and it takes about 30 people to do this and be done by 8:00pm.
Event is Sat. April 11th from 10am-2pm but we set up at 8:30am and have to be done by 9:30am. One hour.
